1. Parties and definitions
These Terms govern the purchase and use of the digital products marketed under the brand automizeyourcompany and related content (hereinafter, the "Product"). The seller and owner of the content is:
AIO SEND SRL VIA DAVIDE BERTOLOTTI 7 CAP 10121 TORINO (TO) PEC aiosend@ultracert.it Numero REA TO - 1359306 Codice fiscale e n. iscr. al Registro Imprese 13383670018
AIO SEND SRL is the exclusive owner of the materials, courses, templates, workflows, documentation and any other digital resources provided, unless otherwise indicated for third-party components subject to their own licenses.
The purchaser (hereinafter, "Customer") declares that they have legal capacity and, if a legal entity, that they are acting on behalf of the organisation represented.
1.1 Third-party trademarks and independence from Anthropic / Claude
The names, trademarks and logos Anthropic, Claude, Claude Code and related identifiers are trademarks of their respective owners. AIO SEND SRL and the commercial brand automizeyourcompany are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way connected to Anthropic, PBC or any Anthropic products, including Claude.
The Controller is made up of independent professionals who use such tools in their own work and provide their own services and resources (documentation, workflows, courses, templates, etc.). Nothing on the site or in the Product should be interpreted as an official statement, warranty or representation from Anthropic.
For information about Anthropic and Claude, please refer to the official website of the trademark owner: anthropic.com.
This website, domain, marketing pages and downloadable materials are not official Anthropic or Claude properties, are not reviewed or sponsored by Anthropic, and must not be understood as implying any partnership, certification or endorsement. Any reference to Claude or Claude Code is strictly descriptive of interoperability or workflow context.
2. Object of the contract
The contract concerns the granting of a non-exclusive license to use the digital content of the Product, as described in the order form and in the documentation made accessible after purchase, and access to the digital services required to download or use the resources.
3. Order, price and payment
The order is completed by submitting the purchase form and the payment authorised via Stripe (or any other gateway indicated at checkout). Prices are those published at the time of the order, including VAT where applicable. The Controller uses Stripe as an independent payment services provider; card data is processed by Stripe according to its privacy policy.
4. Access to the private platform and delivery
Upon successful completion of the purchase, the Customer receives instructions to access a private area / private platform (e.g. a portal protected by credentials, a space on Supabase or another application made available by the Controller or its technical providers, including services hosted on Lovable Cloud or equivalent infrastructure).
Within the private platform the Customer is provided with all the resources necessary to use the Product (files, documented updates, guides where applicable, links to repositories or zip bundles, etc.), except where otherwise stated for specific editions.
It is the Customer's responsibility to keep the access credentials safe and not to share them with unauthorised third parties.
5. License to use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Customer is granted a perpetual or time-limited license, as indicated at the time of sale, non-transferable, for internal professional or personal use, on their own projects and on their own clients' projects, with no right of resale, sublicensing or redistribution of the Product as a whole as a standalone package to third parties.
6. Updates
Any updates included in the license will be communicated through the private platform or by email. The Controller may modify the technical delivery structure (e.g. migration between cloud providers) provided this does not substantially impair the Customer's acquired rights.
7. Exclusions and limitation of liability
The Product provides tools, workflows and documentation to support professional activity. It does not constitute personalised legal, tax or financial advice. The Customer is solely responsible for the use of the outputs generated with artificial intelligence tools (e.g. Claude Code) and for compliance with the rules applicable to their sector and country.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the overall liability of the Controller is limited to the amount paid for the individual order, save for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Right of withdrawal and refunds
For digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be excluded or limited under Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code, where the Customer has consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal upon digital delivery. Voluntary refund or commercial guarantee conditions, where offered, are those published in the FAQ on the website.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to consumers resident in Italy, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction; for disputes with professionals or businesses the court of Turin is designated, unless otherwise required by mandatory rules.
