1. Data controller

2. Categories of data processed
Depending on the services you use, we process categories of data including:
- identification and contact data (first name, last name, email, billing address where provided);
- browsing and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, access times);
- data collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies;
- data relating to purchases and payments (mostly handled by Stripe as an independent controller);
- data voluntarily provided through forms (e.g. newsletter subscription, support requests).
3. Purposes, legal bases and retention
3.1 Providing the website and requested services
Technical operation of the website, security, support, pre-contractual and contractual obligations, delivery of digital content and access to the private area after purchase. Legal basis: performance of the contract and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c)).
3.2 Marketing, advertising and campaign measurement
We may use tools that collect or process data for promotional, remarketing, conversion attribution and campaign optimisation purposes, also cross-device, via third-party platforms. These include, by way of example and without limitation:
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — Pixel, Conversions API and Meta for Business advertising products;
- Google — Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads (including remarketing tags, conversion tracking and Search/Display/YouTube advertising);
- Pinterest Ads — Pinterest Tag and sponsored campaigns;
- Etsy — promotion, attribution and analytics tools linked to listings or campaigns on Etsy, where used;
- other advertising tools, demand-side platforms, affiliate networks or social ads activated in specific campaigns (e.g. TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Advertising) and related measurement tools.
Legal basis: consent where required (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for cookies and tracking that are not strictly necessary; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for aggregate analytics and security measures, where applicable and subject to balancing tests. Third-party providers may also act as independent controllers for their own purposes, according to their respective policies.
3.3 Statistical analysis and product improvement
We also use analytics tools (e.g. Plausible or similar) to understand website usage in aggregate or pseudonymous form, unless differently specified in the cookie policy.
3.4 Retention
Data is retained for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and, in any case, within the limits set by law, contracts and accounting/tax obligations (e.g. sales documents).
4. Recipients and processors
Data may be shared with suppliers that process data on our behalf as data processors, including:
- Stripe Technology Europe Ltd and companies of the Stripe group — online payments, fraud prevention, payment compliance;
- Supabase, Inc. — database, authentication and application services; compute and storage resources are located within the European Union (EU region), unless otherwise documented.
- Lovable Cloud (hosting, build and infrastructure services connected to the development/no-code platform or front-end hosting) — processing necessary for deploying and maintaining the website;
- cloud infrastructure providers, CDN, transactional email, log monitoring and security;
- legal, tax and audit advisors, within the limits strictly necessary.
The providers listed above may also be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we adopt adequate safeguards pursuant to Articles 44–49 GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission), except for adequacy decisions.
6. Rights of the data subject
As a data subject you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability (where applicable) and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.
7. Minors
Our services are not directed to minors under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security and organisational measures
We adopt technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit where applicable to the services used, separation of environments, logging and periodic review of providers. Staff and collaborators who may access personal data are bound by confidentiality and receive instructions proportionate to their role.
No online transmission or storage is completely risk-free. Should a personal data breach occur that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the supervisory authority and, where required, the data subjects, in accordance with Articles 33–34 GDPR.
8. Third-party trademarks and independence from Anthropic / Claude
The names, trademarks and logos Anthropic, Claude, Claude Code and related identifiers are trademarks of their respective owners. AIO SEND SRL and the commercial brand automizeyourcompany are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way connected to Anthropic, PBC or any Anthropic products, including Claude.
The Controller is made up of independent professionals who use such tools in their own work and provide their own services and resources (documentation, workflows, courses, templates, etc.). Nothing on the site or in the Product should be interpreted as an official statement, warranty or representation from Anthropic.
